Exclusions & Limitations
Structural Attachment: Standard anchorage hardware for attachment to a concrete pad or wood deck is included with this proposal. Verification that the existing concrete slab or deck structure is adequate to support the installed system — including all applicable structural, wind, and load requirements — is excluded from this scope and remains the customer’s responsibility. Cabana Golf recommends engaging a licensed contractor or structural engineer to evaluate the supporting surface prior to installation. Cabana Golf assumes no liability for structural inadequacy of the substrate or resulting damage.
Swing Clearance: System dimensions and clearances are based on a right- or left-handed golfer up to 6 ft tall. Individual swing paths vary by height, stance, and club length, and the customer is responsible for confirming adequate clearance — including several practice swings with the longest club in the bag — prior to regular use. Cabana Golf assumes no liability for product damage resulting from swing path collisions.
Permits & Code Compliance: This proposal does not include obtaining building permits, code compliance review, or coordination with local building authorities. Permit requirements, setback restrictions, and applicable wind/snow/seismic load requirements vary by jurisdiction and are the customer’s responsibility to confirm prior to installation.
Site Conditions: Customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities (via 811 or local equivalent) prior to installation, and for confirming adequate surface drainage, overhead clearance, and compliance with property setback requirements. Cabana Golf is not responsible for damage to utilities, drainage issues, or setback violations arising from site conditions not disclosed prior to installation.
Soil & Foundation Suitability: This kit is designed for installation on stable soil conditions. It is not designed for unstable, expansive, waterlogged, or fill soils without independent professional evaluation. Foundation guidance provided by Cabana Golf is general in nature; customer is responsible for engaging a licensed contractor or geotechnical professional if soil conditions are uncertain.
Weather & Curing: Installation should occur in dry, calm, above-freezing conditions. Cabana Golf is not responsible for delays, damage, or structural issues resulting from installation performed in unsuitable weather, or from loading the structure before concrete has fully cured.
Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, improper reassembly, or use of non-Cabana Golf replacement parts is excluded from warranty coverage.
Third-Party Equipment: Launch monitors, projectors, and related electronics are governed by their respective manufacturers’ warranties and user manuals. Cabana Golf is not responsible for the performance, calibration, or defects of third-party hardware or software integrated into the system.
Personal Property & Bystander Safety: Customer is responsible for maintaining safe clearance for children, pets, and bystanders during use, and for protecting nearby property (windows, vehicles, adjacent structures) from impact. Cabana Golf is not liable for personal injury or property damage arising from use of the enclosure or hitting area.
Storage & Weather Exposure: Components not rated for permanent weather exposure (e.g., impact screen, enclosure fabric) should be stored or protected per manual guidance when not in use. Damage from prolonged, unprotected weather exposure is excluded from warranty.
Installation Support: Installation support covers setup of the Cabana Golf structure and enclosure only. Configuration, activation, calibration and troubleshooting of simulator software and other integrated third-party components (e.g. launch monitor, projector, computer) are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer and their support channels — not covered under this support window.
