Free & Paid Shipping
Orders to the lower 48 continental United States may qualify for free shipping. Some products are excluded from Free Shipping due to freight charges. This will be communicated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Outdoor Golf Simulators are typically delivered within 8-10 weeks. All other products will be delivered within 10-17 days. Please reach out to support@cabanagolf.com to confirm the delivery time of a specific item.
Shipping From the Manufacturer
Shipping directly from our partners helps with our shipping team & helps the items get to your door faster.
Items that will most likely be shipped from their respective manufacturer will be technology like Launch Monitors, Projectors, and other accessory products.
Orders & Shipping Confirmation
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that Cabana Golf has received the order in the system. Once the order is received, Cabana Golf immediately reaches out to its suppliers to confirm the item ordered is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item ordered is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Cabana Golf will let the customer know via email. Once the product(s) ordered are ready for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped.
An email with tracking info will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking info within 3 days after the lead time posted at the top of the product page, please contact us at hello@cabanagolf.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be allowed. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.
Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight/shipping company, Cabana Golf is not responsible for any “non-receivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders.
