At Cabana Golf, we stand behind the quality, durability, and performance of our outdoor golf simulators. Your investment is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you have a reliable and enjoyable experience.
This 2-Year Limited Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind while also clearly outlining what is covered—and what is not—so expectations are transparent on both sides.
What This Warranty Covers
Cabana Golf warrants that your outdoor golf simulator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
During this warranty period, Cabana Golf will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair defective components, or
- Replace defective parts with new or refurbished parts of equal or greater value
Covered components may include:
- Structural frame and enclosure components
- Impact screen (defects only, not wear)
- Mounting hardware
- Electrical components provided by Cabana Golf
- Manufacturer-installed accessories
What “Normal Use” Means
This warranty applies when the product is:
- Used for residential, non-commercial purposes
- Installed according to Cabana Golf guidelines
- Maintained with reasonable care
- Used in typical golf simulation conditions
Because this is an outdoor product, it is engineered to withstand weather exposure—but proper care and reasonable protection (as outlined in product guidelines) are expected.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
To keep this warranty fair and sustainable, the following are not covered:
Normal Wear and Tear
This includes gradual and expected use-related changes such as:
- Screen wear, ball marks, or dimpling from repeated impact
- Turf mat wear or compression
- Cosmetic fading, discoloration, or weathering
- Minor surface rust or patina on metal components
Environmental & External Factors
- Damage from extreme weather (e.g., hurricanes, flooding, hail, tornadoes)
- Acts of nature or “force majeure” events
- Improper drainage or ground conditions
Improper Use or Installation
- Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
- Use with non-approved equipment or modifications
- Commercial or high-volume use (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
Accidental or Intentional Damage
- Misuse, neglect, or abuse
- Damage caused by improper swings, non-golf equipment, or foreign objects
- Vandalism or unauthorized alterations
Third-Party Components
- Launch monitors, projectors, or software not manufactured by Cabana Golf
- Third-party software integrations or add-ons
Customer Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid, customers should:
- Follow all installation and setup instructions
- Perform routine care and cleaning
- Use the simulator only as intended
- Secure or protect the unit during severe weather when possible
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a valid warranty claim:
- Contact Cabana Golf Support at: support@cabanagolf.com
- Provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video of the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond promptly with next steps.
Resolution Process
If a claim is approved:
- Replacement parts will be shipped at no cost for covered items
- Repair instructions or support will be provided
- In some cases, return of defective parts may be required
Labor, installation, and service visits are not included unless otherwise specified.
Limitations of Liability
Cabana Golf’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of use or enjoyment
- Damage to surrounding property or equipment

We’ve designed this warranty to strike the right balance:
- You’re protected against defects and failures
- We’re protected against misuse and natural product aging
