The current lead time is about 2 months. You will receive 19 boxes that will be delivered curbside. The largest being 17 ft long. All boxes can be team lifted. Please contact us with any questions!

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial or full payments for outdoor golf simulators will be refunded less any return shipping and/or reconsignment costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Depending on your location, the outdoor golf simulator will be delivered in a semi-truck or on a flatbed. The structure comes in 19 separate boxes that are safely packed in 2 wooden crates. These are then dropped off curbside at the project site.

Yes, you will need to install your outdoor golf simulator on either a deck or concrete pad. We recommend using a local contractor who specializes in cabana/pergola installs. Any reputable contractor will have an easy time installing the structure with the included assembly guide.
